Tips & Troubleshooting

Sometimes you need out — right now. Here's the fast-and-thorough way to bring everything to a halt.

Step 1: Flatten All

In the top banner of any page, click Flatten All. Confirm. Every open position closes at market price within seconds.

The Flatten All button in the top banner closes every open position at once

What this does not do: it doesn't stop new trades from opening if alerts arrive a moment later. To fully pause, do Step 2 as well.

Step 2: Turn the master switch off

Open Strategies (or Trading Settings) and flip the Trading enabled master switch to off. From this moment, no alert — from any source, on any strategy — will open a trade. The bot is now fully idle.

Step 3 (optional): Disable each strategy individually

For belt-and-suspenders peace of mind, you can disable each individual strategy below the master switch. With both the master and each strategy disabled, nothing can start a trade until you re-enable.

Resuming later

When you're ready to trade again:

  1. Re-enable each strategy you want to run.
  2. Flip the master Trading enabled switch back on.
  3. The bot resumes acting on alerts immediately.

Tip

Bookmark this topic. The middle of a panic is a bad time to read instructions. Knowing the steps before you need them turns "Flatten All + master off" into muscle memory.

What if I can't reach the portal?

If the internet is down on your end or the portal won't load, you can also close positions directly from your broker's app or website. The bot doesn't override manual closes — once a position is gone from the broker, the portal will see it as closed within seconds.
