To protect your account, the portal signs you out after a period of inactivity. Inactivity means no clicks, keyboard input, or page navigation — not live data updates. The portal can be ticking away with price updates and the inactivity timer will still be ticking up, because you haven't done anything.
The 1-minute warning
About a minute before you're signed out, a small banner appears: "Your session will expire in 1 minute due to inactivity." It has a Dismiss button.

- Clicking Dismiss resets the timer — you're staying signed in.
- Ignoring it lets the timer finish; you're returned to the sign-in screen.
What happens when the session ends
You're returned to the sign-in screen. You'll see your familiar login form. Sign in again and you'll come right back to where you were.
Does this affect my trades?
No. Your trades live with the trading service. Whether you're signed in or not, the bot continues to run, take alerts, manage positions, and close trades according to your rules. Logging back in just brings the view of those trades back to your screen.
Tip
If you typically leave the portal open all day on a second monitor, glance at it occasionally — that simple act of looking and moving the mouse keeps the session alive. Or just dismiss the warning when it appears.
