Your access to the portal is tied to an active license on your account. As long as the license is valid, the portal opens normally. If something goes wrong with the license, the portal shows a dedicated "Account Deactivated" screen instead of the dashboard.

Why a license might be inactive
- The subscription was cancelled (intentionally or because a payment failed).
- The billing provider couldn't charge your saved payment method.
- The plan ran out (rare — most plans renew automatically).
What you see when it's inactive
Instead of the usual dashboard, you'll see a screen telling you the account is currently deactivated, with a link to manage your subscription. None of your trade history is lost; the portal is just locked while the license is in this state.
Reactivating
- Click the Manage Subscription link on the deactivated screen.
- You'll be taken to your billing provider to update payment information or reactivate the plan.
- Once the provider confirms the new payment, return to the portal and refresh. The license is rechecked on each load.
- The deactivated screen disappears and the dashboard reappears.
Note
While the license is inactive, the trading bot itself is also paused — no alerts will be acted on. Reactivating restores both portal access and trading.
If you've reactivated through the provider and the portal still shows the deactivated screen after a minute, refresh the page once or sign out and back in.
