Sometimes a banner appears at the top of the screen that reads "A new version is available" with a Refresh Now button next to it. That's the portal letting you know it has been updated since you opened the page.
What it means
We've released a new version of the portal. Until you refresh, you're still running the version you opened with. New features, fixes, and tweaks will not be visible until you reload.
What to do
When it's convenient — usually when you don't have an open trade you're actively babysitting — click Refresh Now. The page reloads, you're brought right back to where you were, and you're now on the latest version.
Will refreshing affect my trades?
No. Your trades live on the trading service, not in this browser tab. Refreshing the portal does not:
- Close any open trades.
- Cancel any pending orders.
- Reset any of your settings.
- Sign you out (unless your session was already about to expire).
It only reloads the user interface in front of you.
Tip
Refreshing is also a useful first step if anything ever feels stuck — a chart that won't update, a button that doesn't respond — even when no banner is showing. It's the safe move that won't hurt anything.
